Job Title: Associate, Corporate Finance & Capital Market Advisory
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Provide Support to Head, Investment Banking in deal identification and origination.
- Actively identify and follow up on emerging market opportunities.
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive strategic Structuring framework for handling deals.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of overall Operational Plan/Budget for IBD for each financial year.
- Carry out design/structuring products/platforms for delivering/achieving advisory/capital raising targets for attained mandates.
- Assist in the process of developing capital raising windows both locally and offshore in line with the requirements of the target market.
- Prepare status reports on a periodic basis.
- Provide Transaction Execution/Management support to ensure cutting-edge delivery of services that would surpass client’s expectations.
- Perform any other responsibilities as directed by the Head, Investment Banking from time to time.
Experience & Qualifications
- First Degree in any business-related course
- The candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in Investment banking
- MBA or relevant MSc will be an added advantage
- CFA certification required.
