Save the Children is looking for experienced development professionals to work within the Nigeria Country Programme. These roles will be critical for the delivery of results for children expected by this programme.

Job Title: Systems and Community Mobilization Specialists
Location: Sokoto

Job Description
- To build a system and structure aim at maintaining good relationship with stakeholders at the LGA level; ensure commitment and involvement of State and Local Government authorities in the programme; and support community mobilization to ensure participation. support and sustainability of the programme.
Qualifications
- University Degree in communications or related social science field with substantial experience in advocacy and policy development /research in the development context;
- Good understanding of the possibilities and tactics for influencing decision and policy makers, politicians, donors, and ocher key actors;
- Knowledge of the media and its role in raising awareness and shaping public policy;
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills and demonstrable ability to think strategically, innovatively and practically to ensure achievement of desired change objectives.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences at local,state and national levels.
