Job Title: Human Resources / Legal Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Management of HCM issues:
- Processing of Recruitment, conversion and confirmation process.
- Preparation of Monthly Staff Payroll.
- Planning of In-House and External Training for staff.
- Preparation of Requisition and monthly petty cash.
Administrative Supervision:
- Office supervision and Maintenance.
- Coordination of contractors and supervision of their duties.
- Administrative duties and Coordination of office activities.
- Supervision of Driver’s activities.
Company Secretariat Management:
- Support the Company’s Secretary in Board meeting preparation.
- Drafting of Minutes and filling of Board papers.
Legal Services:
- Review of Legal documents.
- Advice on Legal matters.
- Interpretation of regulations and development of personnel.
- Time Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law. Recognized professional certificate/membership will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
- Ability to work with no supervision while performing duties
- Excellent Communication Skills and Interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Problem solving and quick decision-making ability.
