Job Title: Graduate Trainee

Job Description

  • The management trainee's responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, which may include:
  • Performing duties in different departments and Functions and gaining knowledge of company’s product and services
  • Engage all kinds of client and learning how to handle disputes
  • Handle and execute day-to-day operations of commercial properties of our clients.
  • Answer and respond to customer services requests and inquiries.
  • Process our customer work orders, needs and requirements.
  • Interact and ensure smooth relationships between our client’s owners and their tenants.
  • Provide lease administration for commercial properties under our custody.
  • Answer and respond to customer services requests and inquiries.
  • Process customer work orders, needs and requirement.
  • Provide lease administration for commercial properties under our custody.

Qualification / Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor's Degree required in any Business-related program.
  • 0 - 2 Years of Work Experience in any
  • Candidate must possess a University Degree in Estate / Property Management, Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration and any related Art or Social Science disciplines.
  • 21 -30 years of Age
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly Organize and Possess a Strong phone contact handling and active listening Skills
  • Applicants must reside around Lekki / Ajah area of Lagos.
