Our goal is to reduce the population living below the poverty line by intervening and enhancing the capacities of the low-end actively engaged populace which is in line with global, national and state initiatives of poverty alleviation.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer (Team Lead)

Location: Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

• To explore new business opportunities, identify new prospective clients and develop new business relationships.
• Schedule and conduct clients visits and follow up effectively with clients.
• Credit Evaluation and assessment.
• Provide advisory where necessary on business management and financial matters.
• Supervise and monitor the daily collections of team members.
• Prepare a proper marketing report on team's activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.

Requirements

• First Degree or its equivalent in any field.
• Banking experience with a minimum of 6 years playing similar role.
• Good knowledge of Banking products.
• Sound relationship skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Well groomed.
• Must possess leadership skills.
• Creative and innovative.
