Job Title: Operation Manager
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Create and manage bikes policies
- Assign bikes to riders
- Manage accident reports
- Setup maintenance schedules
- Oversee routine and Adhoc maintenance of bikes
- Keep excellent records on bikes use and maintenance
- Control repair, inventory, and labor cost
- Look for ways to reduce costs and increase profits in addition to finding means of getting better fuel efficiency.
- Establish situational procedures for possible problems and scenarios.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / NCE / OND qualification.
- Minimum of 1 years experience in managing a fleet of dispatch riders.
