Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the day to day running of the restaurant; maintaining food quality, service quality, staff management and the general administration of the Restaurant.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
  • Managing budgets, Planning menus.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
  • Promoting and marketing the business.
  • Overseeing stock levels, Ordering supplies.
  • Producing staff rotas.
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints, taking reservations.
  • Greeting and advising customers.
  • Handling administration and paperwork.
  • Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
  • Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
  • 5 -10 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Food and Beverage administration.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
