Required Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must possess First Degree in Social Sciences.
• A Master Degree and membership of relevant professional association will be an added advantage.
• He/She must have at least 4 years experience in a reputable organization with a good human resources management record in tertiary institution.
• Ability to coordinate, direct administrative functions as it relates to human resources management, oversee recruitment, interview process and hiring of new staff and serve as a link between the university and its employees.
