Job Title: IT Support Officer (Short Job)
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Duration: 6 months
Job Description
- This role is mainly focused on providing IT support in the bid to implement out software in new facilities for a specified period of time.
- Excellent contractors stand a chance of being retained for a permanent role after the completion of the contract period.
Core Responsibilities
- Assisting implementation team in setting up our program for new hospitals (or clients).
- Mastering all aspects of the software in order to train new users.
- Giving reports on the outcomes of implementations conducted by you.
- Providing technical support such as networking and troubleshooting.
- Recommending corrective hardware/networking improvement to different users for optimum performance.
- Keep accurate (and up-to-date) records from implementation/support to help improve software.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Computer Science (or other related disciplines) from a recognized institution.
- 1 - 2 years work experience.
- Prior experience in IT support roles is necessary.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and related software.
- Basic knowledge in web development might be an added advantage.
Salary
N45,000 - N55,000 monthly (Per Implementation)
