Job Description
- Agent / Aggregator wallet creation.
- KYC verification.
- Pos Activation and mapping.
- POS remapping.
- Keep records of all POS mapped and to whom it was mapped.
- Ensure all POS given out is paid for.
- Transaction Dispute resolution.
- Reconciliation and chargebacks.
- Initial product setup and launch Monitoring.
- CBN / SANEF Reporting.
- Transaction monitoring.
- Downtime monitoring.
- Revenue assurance
- Recovery.
Job Requirements
- HND / B.Sc holder.
- Minimum of 4 years experience.
- Experience in running MMO operations.
- Inquisitive mind.
- Extremely detailed.
- Time conscious.
