We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: MFI Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Manage the MFI channel from end to end (Sales of innovative products through the microfinance Bank as micro top-up loan in order to make it affordable and easily accessible)
• Provide support and training to branch employees on the promotion of Top-up Loan
• Create demand for HGL and ensure product acceptance across all regions
• LIaise with the front desk officers to quickly resolve complaints and queries and provide the necessary support in the shortest time
• Develop innovative techniques to boost morale and encourage sales
• Collaborate with the field sales team to integrate Topup sales into their portfolio
• Negotiate purchases and manage first-level resolvement of defunct products
• Present sales revenue, expenses reports (if any) and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Liaise with the Logistics team to ensure continuous/sufficient supply of product across all branches (point of sales)
• Communicate the return of defective products to the Logistics team so as to expedite return or replacement
• Anticipate the supply of stock points
• Respond quickly to specific requests from sales staff or stock points
• Ensure a physical inventory at least once a week in each stock point
• Stock management.

Requirements

• A Degree in Sales or closely related field
• 5 - 7 years experience / experience in a supervisory position
• Ability to lead and supervise a team.
