Khenpro Global Service is a Human Capacity Development organization that is currently recruiting on behalf of her client, a Confectionery and Hospitality Organization.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cashier

Locations: Satellite Town, Amuwo Odofin, Gbagada, Yaba, Surulere, Ajao Estate, Akowonjo, Abulegba, Victoria Island and Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
• Ensure pricing is accurate.
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
• Issue receipts, refunds.
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields with 1 - 3 years work experience.
• Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Familiarities with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS.
• Good accounting skills.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
