Job Summary
- The ideal candidate is responsible for serving customers, restocking & merchandising, resolving customers complaints and ensuring quality service delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed
- Maintain a fully stocked store.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND / HND in Management Science
- 1-2 years experience in retail sales
- The ability to use labelling and pricing equipment as well as Point of Sale (POS)
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
