Hamilton Lloyd and Associates - Our client is a Multinational fashion house. Due to internal expansion, they have decided to hire an Administrative Manager.

Job Title: Administrative Manager

Location:
Lagos

Role
  • To oversee all aspects of administrative functions and ensure the company's policies and procedures are effectively implemented and complied with.
Key Responsibilities
  • To assist in the development of current and long term organizational goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures of the company.
  • To oversee all accounting functions including budgeting, stock taking, asset management, cash flow management, management reporting and accounting analysis in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as well as other applicable laws, rules and guidelines.
  • Ensure that procurement and administrative policies and procedures are adhered to and are compatible with donor criteria.
  • Ensure internal financial and administrative procedures are compatible with prevailing laws of the company's procedures.
  • Corporate website marketing must be able to sell the company and create awareness for the brand (social medias).
  • Social media management; ensure that all orders are processed and the website is up to date with recent and available designs.
Ability & Skills:
  • Ability to write clear and concise reports, good spoken and written English
  • Proven ability to produce results within tight deadlines.
  • Must have administrative experience
  • Ability to lead and/or manage people .
  • Good communication skills with the clients and customers.
  • Analytical skills and decision making ability even in complex and sensitive situations.
Man Specification:
Candidate must have the following:
  • Must be able to take customers' measurement
  • Must be able to sketch
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must be able to process online orders/feeds
  • Must be conversant with the website and be able to upload available designs to the website.
  • Must be able to use and operate a POS machine
Qualification
In respect of the ideal candidate profile:
  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant course
  • 2 years experience on the job
