Job Summary
- The job holder will be responsible for providing administrative support, organizing records by ensuring office supplies and their maintenance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Initiate and implement best and effective practices in administrative functions.
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
- Ensure the effective implementation of a Knowledge Management System throughout the organization.
- Ensure effective operational control and implement the operational strategy as directed by the organization.
- Coordinating different departments to ensure efficiency and to build inter-departmental relations.
- The admin officer will act as a liaison between the company and outside agencies, vendors and contractors.
- Ensures that vendors SLAs are well written and include all protective performance clauses to guarantee the timeliness, quality of service and ensure best rates for the company.
- To maintain daily, weekly and monthly schedules for all maintenance actions for all company fleets vehicle, company properties and all other properties that may be rented or leased by the company.
- Daily update to the GMD on all assigned task with a daily and weekly status update to be submitted via email and follow up on such updates with her for necessary review.
- To maintain active communication with different offices and local communities to coordinate various administrative issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant Management discipline.
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years of work experience in an administrative capacity.
- Decisive with excellent critical thinking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities, including preparing and giving presentations.
- Professional Certification( NIM, ISMN etc.)
- Proficiency in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- MBA or its equivalent will be an Added Advantage.
