Job Description

• You are to frontally manage critical areas of the business Operation; areas such as finance, human resource, marketing and General operation of the business are to be covered optimally and In line with the business objectives to meet corporate goals.

Job Description

• Marketing the Recreation Center and Build Regular Clientele for the center
• Expand Services outside the center. And Optimize use of center space
• Build Regular Clientele for the performance for education arm of the company.
• Marketing the Theatre Company’s Public Showing Stage Plays and Fill hall for the Number of planned shows
• Marketing Theatre Entertainment Services - Dance, Band, Skits, Scripts, Content, Lights, Props, Costumes etc.
• Marketing the Education & Learning arm of the company: and Work with MD to develop programs & content on the varying platforms web, radio, TV, face to face

Qualification and Requirements

• A Degree in Business, Theatre Art, Fine Art or any ART related programs
• Master’s Degree is an added advantage
• 3-7 Years of work experience as business development in a theatre or entertainment industry is a plus
• Candidate must be business management-oriented and client engagement inclined
• Good marketing and Negotiation skill is needed for this role
• Candidate must Sociable and familiar with creative industry practices and must possess the ability to get sponsors for/ from web, radio, TV. Etc.
• Ability to Raise Sponsorship/ Grants, Raise Adverts and Seek relevant collaborations/ Endorsements that provide money in kind/ visibility; Target: At least 500 Audience/ show base.
• Must possess the ability to build rapport with event planners for providing Entertainment Services and creative enough to seek opportunities in other business areas. Also perform any other duty assigned by the CEO.
• Candidate must reside close to LEKKI area of Lagos.
