We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Intern - Card Operations

Location: Lagos

Description

  • Our Cards division currently has an internship opportunity available. In this internship, you will gain a great understanding of the inner operations of a fintech company and get to put your skills to the test in this fast paced environment!

While the day to day role will be redefined from time to time based on business and project requirements, you can expect to be kept busy with the following activities:

  • Process card-related requests such as producing and mailing the Kuda cards, as well as accurate entry and maintenance of card inventory
  • Manage relationships with third party partners (partner banks, logistics partners etc) in the deployment process
  • Perform any and all other duties, related to the Card product, that may be required or needed from time to time.
  • Respond to inquiries on the Card product from inbound channels
  • Perform other related duties as may be required/assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Exceptional time management, organisational and administration skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and communicate clearly if you need assistance
  • Enthusiastic self starter who wants to jump in, be a team player and take advantage of a great opportunity to learn
  • Have the ability to work a full time, 5 day work week with the possibility of over time when required.
