TeamAce Limited - Our Client, a Logistic Firm which train, outsource and manage professional drivers, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recruitment and Training Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Use multi channel approach to recruit and evaluate which sources bring best candidates.
• Review and Interview applicants to evaluate if they meet the required position.
• Recommend and implement new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Liaise with the customer service representative to ensure the right candidate is matched to the right client.
• Ensure the documentation of all potential and current drivers are up to date and organized.

Job Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any field
• 2 years minimum experience in the recruitment field.
• Previous experience for recruiting blue collar roles is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of boosting company growth through training.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.

Salary
N80,000 - N90,000 Monthly.
