Job Title: Sales Manager (Flexible Packaging)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Ensure that revenue and profit targets are achieved.
- Generating business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis.
- Maximizing sales performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience and by taking customer feedback.
- Implementation of territory growth strategies.
- Sales forecast and review of available pipeline
- Responsible for leading customer acceptance of new product designs
- Identifying and developing a sustainable relationship with key accounts at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Managing entire sales process targeting to the top prospectus, identifying client solutions, negotiating, and closing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields
- 5 years of experience in sales in the same or related industry.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
