Job Summary
- Service Technician - Inverter & Battery, as a Service Technician, will be empowered to work across the entire city to problem solve.
- The maintenance service work includes inverter troubleshooting, site visits, meeting with customers, perform preventive and corrective maintenance and collecting service information. Finally improve the customer satisfactory rate of inverter field service.
Duties
- Tubular Battery Maintenance
- DM-Water Topping
- Battery Reconnection
- Battery Test / Diagnosis.
- Reconnection.
Qualifications / Specifications
- OND from a reputable Higher Institution with Electrical / Electronics option
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field and good knowledge of Inverter/batteries repair and installation.
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customers’ needs.
- Good leadership skills.
- Strong coordination and influencing skills.
- Strong Oral and Written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal Skills.
- Must know how to ride motorcycle.
