Job Title: Concierge

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking to hire a concierge who can deliver exceptional services in the reception area.
• The ideal fit is one who is customer-centric, able to anticipate the needs of customers and provides all services in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and email inquiries from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner
• Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome
• Assist guests with luggage and show them to their room
• Offer restaurant and activity recommendations and assist guests in arranging transportation and excursions
• Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, and packages
• Ensure that guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times
• Act as a liaison between guests and any department necessary including the kitchen, housekeeping, etc.
• Anticipate guests needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed.

Requirements

• OND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Must live within Ikeja GRA environs
• Male
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be competent working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Must possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
