We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Furniture Production Manager

Location: Asaba, Delta

Job Description

• Responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in the factory
• Preparing items for distributions
• Assembling and checking product parts
• Ensuring that all machinery runs smoothly
• Assisting in the shipment of items
• Developing quality control processes.
• Designing product specifications.
• Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards. Supervising staff and monitoring production standards.
• Supervise truck stocking activity to ensure delivery parts loaded matches Field Ops.

Qualifications

• At least an HND / BSc Degree in any course (equivalent to 4 to 6 years of experience in a furniture production factory)
• 5 to 12 years of experience in a furniture production line.
• Furniture factory manufacturing experience is compulsory
• Must have leadership skills to direct employees toward production goals.
• Must have written and verbal communication skills
• Must be familiar with the methods of production used in the department including machinery.
• Must be able to read/interpret architectural drawings.
