Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.
- Complete loan contracts and teach clients on policies and regulations to repay their loans and get a better offer.
- Ensure all loan are promptly recovered
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the role.
- Excellent communication skills, attentive to details, confidence, smart, and a fast learner.
- Emotional Intelligence, empathy, and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and be calm under pressure.
- Ability to work independently.
Salary
N50,000 monthly plus weekly commission (Commission is based on performance).
