Game Abt Nigeria Limited is an Agricultural Produce Merchant that deals in Selling and Exporting of Agricultural produce such as Raw Cashew Nuts, Sesame Seeds, Dried Split Ginger, Shea nuts, Peanuts, Soybeans, Maize, Gum Arabic and other agricultural produce.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Manager / Safety Officer

Location: Akure, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• To test and assess all produce going out and coming into the warehouse as well as to ensure that all company approved procedure in testing quality and product specifications are applied at all times.

Job Responsibilities

• To carry out quality assessment of all produce to be shipped in or shipped out of the warehouse.
• To ensure that all quality standards are met both internally and externally. And to pay thorough attention to company's product specification, and quality standard.
• To reject and report all incoming(off loading)goods that fails to meet up with the approved and agreed quality requirement.
• To hoard and report all out going(on loading) goods that fails to meet up with the quality contract agreement.
• Identify all safety risk and hazard within and around the warehouse.
• Provide inventory support to the Marketing manager, Purchasing manager as well as other management staff as they may require.
• To document and record all quality information, results and report.
• Keep up to date with Internal and External safety standards, rules and regulations.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree / HND
• Professional Certification in quality control management is an advantage.
• Previous experience in quality control (in produce / agriculture) is an advantage.

Skills:

• Must have strong organisational skill.
• Must be able to multi task.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in team work.
• Must be able to strategise, Plan and execute task.
• Must have good work place and customer relationship
• Must be able to document, keep record and compile report.
• Must have good knowledge of computer and the use of computer.
