Job Description

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
• 4+ years experience working as human resource manager in manufacturing, shipping, supply chain or factory environment
• Professional certification is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Candidate must possess strong knowledge of labour law and its applications
• Conflict resolution skills, with the ability to gain trust and work through others to achieve goals
