Job Title: Betting Product Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description
The betting Product Manager shall have amongst others, the following primary responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of all product life cycle, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, road map development, requirement documents and product launch
• Engage and drive our external developers into building a product that is fit for purpose and competitive within the Nigerian space
• Understand customer needs, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive product usage
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Act as product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that they are significantly risk free
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, customer experience, marketing and sales teams on the development, QA on release of products and every other product functionality required to ensure smooth operations
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years cognate experience in similar position
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work within a team to deliver optimal results
• Technical background with hands on experience developing software and web technologies
• Proficiency in using the MS Office.
