Job Description

• We are looking to hire an experienced bakery branch head to supervise our factory, baking staff and manage all baking operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the formulation and implementation of the organization's vision, operational strategy, all of which must be aligned with short and long-term business goals.
• Responsible for competently managing day-to-day operations and resolving any concerns that may arise.
• Expert in identifying expansion opportunities by analyzing market trends and efficiently implementing development strategies.
• Skilled at motivating employees to follow instructions and accomplish desired objectives through collaboration and teamwork.
• Analyze internal operations, identify process improvements, and put them in place as necessary.
• Developing and implementing advertising and marketing strategies to attract new customers.
• Ensures supervisors carry out their duties diligently.
• Appraising staff performances and carrying out the necessary disciplinary measures to address poor performance.
• Training staff to produce high-quality products while following proper food handling procedures.
• Gives weekly branch reports to the directors.

Educational Experience and Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience.
• Good experience in the food production or food retail industry, especially in the bakery department.
• Candidates should possess excellent management skills.
• Candidates must possess effective communication skills.
