Beatz79 is a subsidiary of Patibon Services, it is a Lounge and a restaurant. We are currently and urgently looking for people to join the development of our company in the position below:

Job Title: Chef (Continental and Local Dishes)

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
• Responsible for mise en place of an assigned area.
• Taste and examine food prepared for freshness and required quality.
• Season and cook food according to CROSSOVER standard recipes.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Portion, arrange, and garnish food, and serve food to waiters.
• Substitute for or assist other cooks during emergencies or rush periods.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification
• He or she must have worked as a chef for no less than a 5 years contract period.
• Candidates must be well versed in local and foreign dishes.
• The position is available for a live in or live out candidate.
• Must have the requisite Chef and food handling certifications.
• He must be professional, well-spoken and have good work ethics (This is a mandatory requirement).
• Knowledge of the individual menu items including basic ingredients, methods of preparation, and presentation style.
