If so, this Business Development Executive job is the perfect fit for you!As a business development executive, you will be responsible for finding and retaining clients especially in HR outsourcing, Recruitment, Learning and Development etc.
  • To be successful as a business development executive, you should attend networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele.
  • Ultimately, an outstanding business development executive will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our services always exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business plans with the assigned accounts
  • Design and develop strategic development strategies and plans
  • Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies
  • Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development
  • Conduct complex analysis to find new market opportunities
  • Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors
  • Suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Handle business deals operations and activities
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Oversee the implementation of different contracts
  • Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Create and present a detailed report for upper management

Requirements

  • HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Extensive sales experience especially in HR Firm.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Professional yet affable disposition.
  • Great networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
