Regal Business Limited is a leading and growing FMCG company with operations in Lagos (Gbagada and Okota).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
• Make decisions about equipment use and maintenance.
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
• Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
• Set product quality standards.
• Monitor quality standards of products.
• Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
• Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.
• Ensure that baking tools and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Educational Experience and Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience.
• Good experience in the food production or food retail industry, especially in the bakery department.
• Candidates should possess excellent management skills.
• Candidates must possess effective communication skills.
