Job Title: Human Resources & Admin Assistant

Location: Benin, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Performs clerical duties and provides admin support.
  • Screen & direct phone calls, emails to designated supervisors.
  • Assist human resources & admin dept as needed.
  • Process admin functions.
  • Keep up with office supplies & inventories.
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.

Requirements

  • BSc in Social Science or similar relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1-year work experience.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • HR certification is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communications and people skills.
  • Must be between 24 - 28 years.
