Job Title: Human Resources & Admin Assistant

Job Duties
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Performs clerical duties and provides admin support.
- Screen & direct phone calls, emails to designated supervisors.
- Assist human resources & admin dept as needed.
- Process admin functions.
- Keep up with office supplies & inventories.
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
Requirements
- BSc in Social Science or similar relevant field.
- Minimum of 1-year work experience.
- Tech-savvy.
- HR certification is an added advantage.
- Excellent communications and people skills.
- Must be between 24 - 28 years.
