Job Description
- Facilitate inter-departmental customer service.
- Handling appointments, queries, incoming calls & complaints from customers and company.
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate support team.
- Provide general customer support.
- Work with the sales team by following up on appointments with customers.
- Impute and update customers’ records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
- Must be Tech Savvy.
- Proficient use of microsoft office package (spreadsheet, excel, word & powerpoint).
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
