Job Description

• Facilitate inter-departmental customer service.
• Handling appointments, queries, incoming calls & complaints from customers and company.
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate support team.
• Provide general customer support.
• Work with the sales team by following up on appointments with customers.
• Impute and update customers’ records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
• Must be Tech Savvy.
• Proficient use of microsoft office package (spreadsheet, excel, word & powerpoint).
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
