Job Title: Project Accountant (Supervisor)

Job Description
- Prepare a weekly cash plan every Friday with information collated from projected cash transactions.
- Ensure real time posting of cash and bank transactions in SAP.
- Participate in the project decision-making committees e.g. Project Review meetings and contribute effectively to decision-making process.
- Coordinate the effective and timely monitoring and reporting of budget performance. Ensure performance against budget, variance analysis is timely reported and unapproved budget spend is mitigated.
- Ensure the accuracy of monthly project reports and forecasts.
- Carry out reconciliation of cash and Bank statements with SAP Ledger balances.
- Submission of weekly report on cash movement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Relevant management qualification or training.
- Minimum of 5 years in finance/accounting discipline, with relevant experience in Oil Services or banking. A good understanding of EPC would be an advantage.
