Job Title: Project Site Accountant
Location: Kogi / Abuja
Job Type: Permanent
Job Description
- Managing the Site Imprest.
- Prepare a weekly cash plan every Friday with information collated from projected cash transactions.
- Undertake cash withdrawal runs from designated bank based on cash plan duly authorized.
- Carry out daily cash and bank disbursement based on approved requisitions.
- Ensure real time posting of cash and bank transactions in SAP.
- Submission of weekly report on cash movement.
- Facilitate Daily Cash Count.
- Carry out reconciliation of cash and Bank statements with SAP Ledger balances.
- Act as a Business Advisor to the Project Manager and Project Management team.
- Build a collaborative and supportive environment between Finance and the project delivery team to ensure objectives are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- ICAN
- ACCA
- CIMA
- Minimum of 1 year in finance/accounting discipline, with relevant experience in Oil Services or banking. A good understanding of EPC would be an advantage.
