Job Title: Auto-Parts Inventory Officer
Location: Alagomeji, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
A typical day on the job will involve;
- Taking regular Inventory of Parts and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure that all parts purchased corresponds with the invoice quantity upon receipts from vendors.
- Ensure that proper documentation is maintained and display parts in an Organised manner.
- Ensure that all parts ordered from vendors are delivered timely.
- Ensure that all invoices from vendors are processed for payment.
- Ensure availability of Auto- Parts as at when required.
- Prepare weekly inventory stock reports for the head of Auto- Parts unit.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND
- 3 - 5 years proven experience as an Auto-Parts Inventory officer.
- Strong demonstrated use of Excel and Word.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational and Logistics skills.
- Automotive Experience.
- Excellent Time management and communication skills.
- Experience in startups is a strong plus.
