Job Title: Office Management Manager

Location: Lagos

Core Job Functions / Responsibility:
  • The Office Management Manager is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions in the company.
  • Candidate would manage an administrative team on general functioning of the office environment.
  • Would manage team and supervise one that manage Sim cards of mobile phone, Manage Vehicle service and team, Manage air ticket business, Manage office management and team, Manage assets, Responsible for satisfaction of staff.
  • Responsible for improve the work method and process.
Primary activities
  • The candidate would manage an administrative team on general functioning of the office environment.
  • The candidate will be supervising and monitoring the work of secretarial, clerical and administrative staff.
  • The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management.
  • The candidate will liaise with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • The candidate will implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems.
  • The candidate will delegate tasks to junior employees.
  • The candidate will be responsible for organising induction programmes for new employees.
  • The candidate will ensure that health and safety policies are up to date.
  • The candidate will attend meetings with senior management
  • The candidate would manage team and supervise the one that manages Sim cards of mobile phone.
  • The manager would manage Vehicle service and team.
  • The manager would manage air ticket business.
  • The manager would manage office management and team.
  • The manager would be responsible for assets.
  • The manager would be responsible for satisfaction of staff.
  • The manager would be responsible for improve the work method and process
Job Requirements and Skills
Graduate Qualifications:
  • A first degree B.Eng, B.Sc, B.Tec, Science or Technology Only from a recognised University REQUIRED.
Post Graduate Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or Post Graduate Qualification would be of Advantage
Experience:
  • 7-10 years relevant work experience preferably in the Administrative Business (Telecoms) with at least three (3) years at supervisory position, NYSC is ESSENTIAL.
Certifications and Training Requirements:
  • Relevant Certifications would be of ADVANTAGE.
