We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Merchandiser)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers inquiries, and requests
• Stock and replace products to avoid damages
• Provide excellent customer service
• Keep shelves fully stocked with fresh products
• Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
• Prepare store display and make sure products are accurately labelled
• Process customers order and payment in a timely and efficent manner

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years working experience in a supermarket
• Must be computer literate
• Excellent Customer facing skill
• Good communication skill.
