Requirements
Education:
- Graduate/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Knowledge and Exposure (Operation, Maintenance):
- Noodles Manufacturing Process Line
- Packaging Machines - Horizontal Form, Fill and Seal Machines
- Sachet Making/Packing/dispensing Machines
- Utility Equipment’s – DG, Boiler, ETP, Air Compressor
- Awareness in Designing Logical Controls, Instrumentation for Projects
Trouble shooting skills:
- Electrical Power System – PCC, MCC, Switchgears, DG, UPS
- Electrical Control System – PLC (Siemens S200, Mitsubishi), VFD, Temp Controller
- Instrumentation – PID Controller, RTDs, Photo-sensors, Servo Amplifiers
- Boiler
Planning:
- Preventive Maint planning for Electrical system
- Spares Planning for all process, packaging and utility equipment
- Defining the ROL/ROQ with suggested vendors for various spares
Management:
- Handling a team of 5-6 Electricians/Elect Engineers for the routine activities on day to day basis
- Carrying out the Break down analysis using tools like Why Why/ Fish Bone / Pareto
- Studying the Load Distribution, Conservation and Controlling of Electrical Power
- Monitoring the OEE
- Support for all electrical projects, Improvements and Site Modifications
