Job Summary

The job holder will be responsible for providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance and employee counselling.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintenance of physical and digital personnel records such as employment contracts, staff references, conducting of search on employees’ reference, credential, etc.
- Prepare, process, and review a variety of documents, including applicant/employee files, payroll records for completeness, accuracy, and submission standards.
- Provide Support to the training manager during training programs.
- Prepare presentations and reports on HR related matters, such as total number of new entrants, Permanent and contract staff department by department.
- Updating internal database with new entrants.
- Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies and procedures.
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
- Assist in yearly renewal of Insurance coverage under HR – Group Life, Group Accident, Public Liability, Fidelity Guarantee, etc.
- Responds to staff queries on compensation and benefits issues as pension, leave days, allowances etc.
- Handle Float Management for the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years experience in a similar position.
- Ability to communicate (Verbal & written).
- Strong negotiation skill.
- Hands-on individual with strong work ethics.
