We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Team Lead

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee operationsefficiency
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Ensure all company's vehicles are fit for use daily.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Train and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field with at least 5 years relevant work experience.
• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Goal getter
