Eric Kayser, a fast-growing Hospitality Company with branches in Victoria Island and Ikoyi, Lagos State, is looking for an ambitious and skilled candidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: Housekeeper
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- To ensure a home is kept organised, clean and tidy
- Carry out laundry services and ironing
- Cooking
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
Years of Experience
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
- Minimum of 2 years working experience. Previous working experience with a Lebanese is an added advantage.
Skills / Abilities:
- The ability to spot what needs doing in a home
- Creating systems if and when needed and/or maintaining them
- Time management
- Attention to detail
- Product/fabric/surface knowledge.
