Job Title: E-commerce Officer

Job Brief

• We seek the services of an E commerce Officer to join our team, the individual would be tasked with various activities sphered around ensuring our customers derive the best experience shopping via our website.
• The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, proactive and result-oriented.

Job Description

• Product image uploads, description, pricing and stock availability levels for all related skus available for consumer purchase via our website and other third party e commerce stores.
• Online product merchandising and categorization and daily review of site to ensure all product content is current, accurate, relevant and aligned with digital merchandising and content strategy.
• Ensuring that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.
• Manage the processing of online order to order fulfilment, including returns and exchange and logistics.
• Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
• Report generation on website transactions , product purchases and customer feedbacks to monitor the e commerce platform growth and effect progressive business decisions.
• Liaise with other departments when required to escalate and resolve customer related issues.
• Assist and contribute effectively to the overall growth and functionality of Kuddy Cosmetics and the E-Commerce team.
• Participating in other support functions as needed.

Job Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences, or Business Management.
• Demonstrated 2 - 5 years in e commerce retail operations.
• Close residential proximity to Festac or Amuwo is preferred.

Salary
N65,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
