Rossland Group since the year 2000 provides market research and management consulting services to clients in the private and public sectors within and outside Nigeria. In 2013, it expanded the scope of its services to include Professional Background Screening and Business Brokerage. In 2015 and 2016, it added franchise consulting and recruitment services respectively.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Complaint Officer

Location: Marina, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate would handle the day-to-day administration of new complaints received centrally (via post, email, head office, telephone calls or from external bodies such as solicitors, consultants, regulatory authorities, etc.) and ensure the timely response and resolution in line with the Bank’s SLA’s, Regulatory Requirements and Policies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree
  • 2-3 years experience as proven a Customer Service Officer/ Customer Complaint Officer
  • Preferably candidates from Financial institutions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond.
