Requirements
The ideal candidates must have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline in the Social Sciences.
- Must be a registered member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria,
- Chartered Insurance Institute of the UK, or any other recognised professional body in Insurance
- At least fifteen (15) years working experience in the insurance industry, with a minimum of eight (8) at a senior management level
- Demonstrated understanding of the Nigerian insurance landscape (i.e. recent developments, growth opportunities, and regulatory requirements) and deep knowledge of insurance technical operations
- Sound business acumen and track record of growing an organisation’s profitability position
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and people management skills
- Extensive experience leading and driving the implementation of Board approved strategic priorities for a business.
