Description
- Our client is recruiting experienced and smart Field Sales Agents to help drive company sales, Implement marketing plans, maintaining customer relations.
Job Responsibilities
- The Field Sales Agents will open accounts for entrepreneurs and businesses on the bank App
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Report and provide feedback to management.
- Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc with 0 - 2 years work experience.
- No previous experience in marketing is required but candidate must be tech savvy and show strong affinity for marketing and sales.
- High-level communication and networking skills.
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated and driven.
Salary
Basic salary plus commission.
