Job Title: Shift Technician - Operations
Location: Gujeni, Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Duties
- Ensure that maintenance procedures, spares lists/inventory, preventive maintenance plans, etc. are updated with the procurement / write off of equipment.
- Ensure that any spare parts required to service and/or repair machinery and ancillaries are always ordered and in stock, both for existing and new machinery.
- Compile shift hand over and follow up on a daily basis all the repairs carried out during the last 24 hours.
- Work closely with manufacturers, suppliers and internal departments in finding ways to improve process and increase machine reliability and performance.
- Respond to and diagnose equipment breakdowns, resolving issues and actioning repairs.
- Analyse data to find solutions to improve MHE performance, providing reports where necessary.
- Carrying out planned maintenance across the site in an accurate, timely and safe manner ensuring maintenance procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Minimum of ND / HND B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 4 years working experience in similar Industry.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly
