We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Corporate Trainer

Location: Lagos

Primary Functions

  • To collaborate with management to identify company training needs
  • Getting reviews of employees in the organisation
  • Identifying the training needs through the review system
  • Inward flow of contents for E- learning, virtual and remote learning and in-person instructor-led training
  • Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training
  • Train and guide new and existing employees
  • Designs and develops content for Induction trainings(new store+ new recruits)
  • Identifies the learning gaps among employees and comes up with training requirements and execution to help fill these gaps
  • Assessment on training TOPIC (written tests / scenario) after training to be closely
  • Recommend new training topics
  • Plan and implement an effective training curriculum( Training Calendar)
