Training Supervisor at Link Credit

Link Credit is an automated lending service focused on increasing access to credit to financially under-served/excluded individuals in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Training Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation, organization and implementation of internal training, participation in the construction of the training system
• Train new recruits according to the requirements of the person in charge of the company
• Responsible for the development of the company's training courseware and optimization of the training system
• Responsible for monitoring the conversion rate of first-line newcomers, as well as the need to help each team to do a good job of bridging training.

Job Qualifications

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years of training experience and over 1 year management experience.
• With decent look, rigorous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and execution
• Written skills, proficient in the use of Office software (PPT, Excel, etc.)
• Strong verbal and communication skills and learning ability, good at summarizing and identifying problems
• More than 2 years of work experience in lecture, training, insurance, consultancy, loan or other related industries
