Job Title: Leasing Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Ensure Physical Allocation of Shops
- Collection of Service Charge and Rent.
- Maintain a complete and comprehensive database of all tenants in the complex as regards their lease and service charge.
- Coordinate and update tenants on all leasing and statutory charges as they may arise.
Qualifications
- Degree in relevant fields
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
