Job Title: Lobby Boy
Location: Festac / Apapa / Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Removes all trash from areas
- Make sure all surfaces are tidy
- Responds to guest request and enquiries while in the lobby
- Take care of cleaning equipments used in the lobby
- Ensure guest have an enjoyable experience by answering their questions or addressing any concerns they have
- Restock all supplies including toilet papers, soap and hand towels in the lobby washrooms
- Meeting and greeting customers
Job Requirements
- A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSCE)
- 0 - 2 years’ work experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate, read and write
- Must be neat and presentable at all times
- Polite and able to get along with people
- Possess team work spirit.
